Leaving a high-control religion or spiritually coercive group can feel like stepping out of a maze. The Golden Thread Project is a free, art-therapy-informed community for anyone navigating healing, identity, and creativity after religious trauma or cultic experience.

Inspired by myths of labyrinths and mazes, this space is about reconnecting with your identity and the thread—your voice, your truth, and your creativity- that can help guide you out.
