I also spend time outside the session writing notes, planning, and reflecting or researching on how to help best which is included in the pricing for a session.

The Golden Thread Project is an online free, art-therapy-informed community for anyone navigating healing, identity, and creativity after religious trauma or cultic experience.

You’ll get access to creative groups, online group art therapy options, podcast episodes, an online gallery space, and further resources all catered to people healing from religious trauma, coercive and cultic groups.

Joining this community is free of mandatory subscription fees, allowing everyone to participate without financial barriers.
For paid groups or courses, pricing will be transparent with flexible payment options.
If you are in a position to contribute to your subscription, whether as a one-time payment or subscription-based, any amount is welcomed and will help with covering site expenses, compensating contributors, and ensuring accessibility for all, regardless of financial circumstances.
